Current Openings
Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift
Role: The Shift Supervisor oversees the spring manufacturing process and reviews daily production schedules to meet the costumers needs. As well as assigns work stations during shift overlaps, supervises the activities of employees to insure production efficiency. The right candidate will know how to conducts performance reviews for employees, completes attendance reports and schedule change requests for. Is responsible for product quality, administers company policies to insure compliance and to insure safety policies are followed. Oversees the training of new hires and mentoring of current employees also participates in weekly HR Committee meetings .
Requirements:
· Must have previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Must be well organized, detail-oriented and quality conscious with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
· The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal & people skills along with effective communication skills.
· Must have valid driver’s license.
Compensation: $50K to 55K STARTING (Open to Negotiations).

HOURS:
3rd Shift : 11PM – 7AM

Secondary Operations – All Shifts
Role: Perform many of the secondary or finishing functions involved in spring making. The process involves painting, racking & un racking, packaging parts, press machine to perform many functions, wire-bending, baking & heat treating parts in large ovens and placing parts into various style grinders, assembly, looping, and more. As the shop floor changes with the product mix, you will have many opportunities to learn several different stations and new positions. There are many opportunities for advancement for qualified individuals who show promise and initiative, you could move into Quality Control, Material Handling, Maintenance even Supervision.
Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Minimum of 1 year steady manufacturing experience is preferred.
· Shop floor experience and past use of shop floor tools preferred.
· Mechanically inclined is a plus.
· Assembly experience is a plus, willing to train.
· Previous experience in measuring and great math skills is also a plus.
· Must be detail-oriented and quality conscious.
· Required to lift 10 pounds, frequently lift 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.
Hours:
1st Shift : 7AM – 4PM ($18.00 per hour)
2nd Shift : 3PM – 11PM ( $19.00 per hour)
3rd Shift : 11PM – 7AM ( $20.00 per hour)
Mandatory Overtime : 9hr shifts and every other Saturday 5hr shifts.

Quality Control Inspector – All Shifts
Role: The Quality Control Parts Inspector performs first article, ongoing and final article inspections on precision springs and wire forms, to maintain parts within customer specifications and tolerances. The QC Inspector must have the ability to communicate, interact and work well with employees at all levels and departments of the company.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the principles of quality control, SPC, and blueprint reading with metal products.
· Experience testing and inspecting parts at various stages of the production process to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products is a bonus.
·Must be detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
·Measuring skills required; digital calipers, protractors, rulers, tape measures, pin gauges, as well as manual hand tools.
Compensation based on experience, skills and knowledge.
HOURS:
1st Shift : 7AM – 4PM
2nd Shift : 3PM – 11PM
3rd Shift : 11PM – 7AM

Maintenance Technician – All Shifts
OCS is willing to train the right candidate.
Role: Maintenance Tech provides maintenance support to all aspects of the manufacturing process. Among other duties, the maintenance tech. will maintain production equipment such as coiling machines, grinders and heat treating ovens, paint lines, adjust and repair equipment. Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled and occasional fabrication of parts necessary to help keep the shop moving along.
Requirements:
· A minimum of 1-3 years in manufacturing shop.
· Machinist skills (lathe & milling machine set-up and operation are a major plus).
·Welding, fabrication, strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving abilities, innovative thinker and Solid Work Ethic.
· Candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and safety-minded.
Compensation based on experience, skills and knowledge.
HOURS:
